Agency Founder in 3 Years
The Beginning
While still in college, Shivam enrolled in a 12-month practical digital marketing course at an institute in Indore, followed by a 3-month internship. He started freelancing during the internship itself. His first professional role was as an SEO Executive in early 2019 — at 17 years old.
Pune Move
After just 6 months as an SEO Executive, Shivam’s skill and output earned him a higher-paying role at a reputed digital marketing agency in Pune. He relocated without hesitation. Within 7 months at the Pune agency, he was promoted from Senior SEO Executive to Senior Digital Marketing Analyst & Manager — a jump that typically takes 2–3 years.
100+ Client Projects Before Starting the Agency
Between his internship, two agency roles, and ongoing freelance work, Shivam worked on over 100 client projects across SEO, social media, Meta Ads, and web development before he was 20 years old. He was managing his agency job from 9 to 5, then working on personal skill development and freelance projects from 10 PM to 2–3 AM every night.
₹40,000 and a Resignation
Shivam resigned from his remote role at the Pune agency with ₹40,000 in his bank account and one laptop that his father had bought him. No funding. No office. He started SERP Monsters from the same table where he ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner — often working 20-hour days without leaving his chair.
